Join Rabbi Tilman and your CBI Family for this special 11-day adventure. We'll experience Israel, seeing both the ancient history and the modern developments. We'll celebrate together with a Bar/Bat Mitzvah experience, and enjoy this one-of-a-kind family trip. Whether you've been to Israel before or not, you won't want to miss this special CBI experience!

In addition to the complete Israeli breakfast served daily, we have included the following meals:

• Wednesday, December 23: Dinner at the Olive and Fish restaurant or similar, Jerusalem.

• Friday, December 25: Shabbat dinner at Inbal Hotel, Jerusalem

• Saturday, December 26: Shabbat lunch at Inbal Hotel, Jerusalem

• Sunday, December 27: Lunch at Kfar Hanokdim, Judean Desert

• Tuesday, December 29: Dinner at Hagoshrim Hotel, Galilee

• Friday, January 1: Shabbat dinner at Dan Panorama Hotel, Tel Aviv

GROUP TOURING AND OTHER SERVICES INCLUDE THE FOLLLOWING:

One group meeting/assistance upon arrival from Passport Control, Ben Gurion Airport.

Porterage at airport and hotels.

Eleven days of touring with a professional English speaking tour guide (including arrival and departure days).

Nine days services of a driver in a bus licensed/ insured for tourism (including arrival day).

Entrance fees and other services at the various parks and sites have been included, as per the itinerary

Mineral water on the bus daily.

All gratuities for guide and driver.

One group departure transfer from Tel Aviv to Ben Gurion Airport.

One group departure airport assistance.

• Cost of roundtrip airfare from country of origin to Israel

• Any expenses of a personal nature

• Any guests at meals other than the participants of the trip

• Personal health insurance, insurance for baggage, personal items, trip cancellation or interruption insurance

FAQ
What options do I have for the airfare?

• You can purchase your own tickets but you must be in Israel by Wednesday afternoon, December 23, 2020. Sababa Travel will be happy to help with all questions pertaining to airfare.

Do I need a Passport or Visa?

• Americans, Canadians and citizens of most western countries need just a passport to travel to Israel: no visa is required. Your passport must be valid for at least six months from the date you enter the country.

Can I extend my trip?

• Absolutely! If you would like to extend your trip before or after Israel, just check the appropriate boxes on the registration form.

Do I need travel or medical insurance, and if so what type of coverage?

• We strongly advise you to purchase travel/medical insurance at the time of paying for the trip for maximum coverage. For suggestions on insurance companies, contact Sababa Travel for more information.

• For best coverage, this should be purchased at the same time as booking your trip. There are different types of coverage, but they basically fall into two categories: one covers a range of reasons for cancellation, but not all; and the other allows you to cancel for any reason. Additionally medical transport insurance can be purchased through Medjetassist.

What about safety and security?

• Our group’s safety in Israel is our number one priority. Should there be any escalation of any kind, we make thorough decisions as to how modify our program so as to distance the group from whatever geographic area is the hot spot or make any necessary changes based on the situation that arises. We take great care to be communicative at all times with our participants so they feel updated, aware, and reassured.

Can I upgrade my room?

• Yes, upgrades are available at some hotels. Check the appropriate box and Sababa Travel with contact you.

Do I need to receive any special vaccinations before my trip?

• No vaccinations are required to visit Israel.

Do I have to pay all at once?

TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR THE LAND PORTION:

1. A deposit of $500 per person is required to assure your reservation. Payment is due May 1, 2019.

2. An additional $500 per person is due by November 1, 2019.

3. September 15, 2020, 50% of the total amount is required.

4. November 15, 2020, Final and full payment is required.

5. Payment made be made via credit card, cash, check or bank transfer.

6. If paying by credit card, a 3.5% credit card fee will be charged.

What if I need to cancel?

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. From the date of payment of deposit until 60 days before arrival date- $500 per person will be charged.

2. Between 90-60 days prior to arrival-50% of the total cost will be charged.

3. Within 60 days of arrival full payment will be charged.

4. Cancellation of various elements in the program less than 48 hours prior to the event may well result in a full cancellation charge.

If paying by credit card, a 3.5% processing fee will be applied. Once registration has been received, an invoice will be generated with payment details.
